Are you ready for a dynamic role that blends administrative skills with hands‑on activities? This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities that will keep you engaged and challenged. You’ll be joining a company that works with leading distributors across the UK and Europe, handling products and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.


Roles & Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry and input orders.
* Book carriers outgoing shipments.
* Manage import and export processes, liaising with UK and European distributors.
* Assist with basic bookkeeping as needed and administrative tasks.
* Communicate effectively with customers.
* Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Learn and adapt to new tasks and processes as required.


Ideal Candidate:

* Hands‑on and comfortable working in a small team.
* Experience with SAP One software, Excel, and import/export is a plus, but full training will be given.
* Quick learner who can adapt to new tasks.
* Confident in communicating with customers.
