Your purpose
Ensure you and the team follow our Standard Operating Procedures and Steps of Service consistently in order to maintain our standards of service.
Assist the management team with the monitoring of service standards and training of team members.
Ensure your menu knowledge is up to date (including preparation techniques and composition) so that you are able to answer questions efficiently.
Positively approach sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue by making informed recommendations.
Ensure all sales transactions accurately and according to procedures.
Handover any relevant information to the colleague relieving your shift or break before you depart.
Carry out cleaning duties as required in order to keep the House in prime condition.
About You
* Flexibility to work in a guest-facing role, commonly during the evenings when the House comes alive.
* A passion for delivering exceptional service with a flair for hospitality.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
* Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment is preferred.
