A Day in the Life
* Supporting the F&B Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and dining areas.
* Supervising and motivating front-of-house teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
* Assisting with rota management, staff briefings, and performance coaching.
* Maintaining exceptional standards in food presentation, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
* Liaising with other departments such as kitchen to ensure smooth communication and service flow.
* Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, waste management, and revenue tracking.
* Supporting compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, or hospitality management (preferred).
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A genuine passion for food, beverage, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, mornings, and weekends.
* High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
* Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety standards, and food hygiene best practices.
* Experience with EPOS systems and reservation platforms is advantageous.
