Support Team Leader / Service Manager
Specializing in Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Complex Needs in a supported living setting with 11 beds.
Salary: £32,000 - £34,000
Role Overview:
Leading a team supporting 11 individuals in a supported living environment, ensuring high standards of care and support. The role involves staff management, training, compliance, and promoting the well-being and development of individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of support staff.
* Provide guidance, supervision, and support to staff.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
* Build positive relationships with individuals supported, their families, and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and review care plans and support strategies.
* Collaborate with other departments and professionals.
* Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven supervisory experience in CQC-regulated settings.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Level 5 in health and social care or working towards it.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
