3. Ensure all technology initiatives align with company policies and regulationsLead key projects: Salesforce onboarding and software system implementation
4. Manage ERP & CRM administration with SQL and Power BI analytics
5. Drive process mapping and business process optimization
6. Provide technical leadership and act as the bridge between IT and business
7. Collaborate in a small, experienced IT team with a modern, hybrid work setup
8. Influence system improvements to boost efficiency and data-driven decisions
9. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
10. Strong technical skills in SQL Server, Power BI, and ERP/CRM systems
11. Experience with process mapping and business analysis methodologies
12. Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex business problems
13. Excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts simply
14. Self-motivated and proactive, able to take ownership and lead projects
15. Collaborative team player comfortable in a small, dynamic IT environment
16. Ideally some manufacturing sector experience or willingness to learn quickly
17. Able to work hybrid with flexible office days and commute within 1 hour
