Offer description

LCI and Completion Lead for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Scotland

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement the LCI strategy and execution plan aligned with project milestones.
* Develop and implement LCI procedure for the project.
* Coordinate with engineering and document control to ensure proper tagging, metadata, and structure of LCI deliverables from the contractors.
* Manage the preparation and execution of LCI handover to operations, ensuring completeness and validation of all required documentation.
* Completion Management.
* Development and execution of Mechanical Completion within the Completion
* Management System (CMS) in collaboration with commissioning and quality.
* Define system boundaries and ensure proper tagging and systemisation of equipment and documentation.
* Monitoring fabrication and manufacturing inspections, FATs and final inspections to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality expectations.
* Monitoring of Mechanical Completion (MC), and the Commissioning function, PreCommissioning, and Commissioning activities to ensure alignment with project milestones and quality expectations.
* Approve handover packages and confirm readiness for operations/start-up in collaboration with internal stakeholders and contractor teams.
* Data & Document Management
* Act as the primary interface for LCI and completion-related matters across engineering supply chain, construction, and commissioning teams.
* Interface with engineering, quality, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and documentation integrity.
* Support integration with asset management systems or digital twin platforms where applicable.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance.
* Ensure all LCI deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
* Support audits and conduct regular reviews to verify data integrity and completeness.

Requirements

* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in project completion and LCI management within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
* Strong understanding of industry standards for LCI
* Familiarity with interface coordination and document control systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* BSc/MSc or other relevant degree. Experience may substitute for formal education
* Document control platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Omega365 or similar)
* Lifecycle information systems and databases
* Audit and compliance tracking tools
