A bit about the job
Were growing our Income Protection Claims Team and looking for new Claims Assessors (known as Claims Case Managers at Aviva) to join us.
Youll manage a portfolio of claims cases, working closely with internal and external partners to support both employers and employees. By assessing claims, arranging treatment, and providing telephony support, you will help to get the best outcome for the customer.
Youll support customers during difficult timeswhether theyre off work, returning, or facing long-term absence. This role involves helping people through treatment, financial stress, or life-changing events so youll need to support individuals with empathy and clarity.
Youll be part of a collaborative team that uses a mix of rehabilitation, motivational interviewing, and relationship management to get the best outcomes.
