The Opportunity
We are seeking an AI Talent Acquisition expert to help establish world-class AI capabilities at GUS Group level and across our institutions.
We need someone with a strong network of global AI talent pools. Whether you’re with an AI recruitment agency or in-house as an AI TA partner, you should have an active network of AI professionals worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting for executive roles such as Chief AI Officer and Directors of AI.
* Hiring technical roles like engineers, QA, and AI support.
* Supporting AI operations roles that drive business transformation.
* Fostering innovation in learning and teaching through product and pedagogy-focused AI hires.
You will recruit across the entire AI lifecycle, influencing how GUS embeds AI into operations, products, and pedagogy. As a trusted advisor to the C-suite, you will guide talent strategy, attraction methods, and leverage data and market insights to inform decisions. You should demonstrate agility, resilience, and a high-quality delivery approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment of AI roles at all levels.
* Utilize existing global AI talent pools to accelerate hiring.
* Partner with senior leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
* Execute direct sourcing campaigns for global AI talent.
* Present recruitment metrics, ROI, and market insights to stakeholders.
* Support the development of AI employer branding and candidate materials.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience, positioning GUS as an employer of choice for AI talent.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience recruiting in AI and tech markets, either from an agency or in-house.
* Active global AI talent networks.
* Experience recruiting a range of AI roles, from executive to technical.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with C-suite.
* Flexible, commercial, and agile approach to talent acquisition.
* Data-driven with the ability to use metrics to influence decisions.
* Passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
* Expertise in talent mapping and sourcing niche skills.
* Candidate attraction, management, and conversion skills.
