Are you ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? At Butlin's, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team! You’ll work closely with our talented Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver mouth-watering dishes that delight our guests.
About The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will:
* Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring safe preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
* Lead and mentor a small team of commis chefs, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Be enrolled in our award-winning Butlin's Chef Academy, enhancing your skills in a fun and educational setting.
* Manage daily operations in your section, ensuring compliance with food safety policies.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, setting a standard for health and safety.
* Prepare and cook dishes according to pre-approved recipes, while managing budget margins with support from the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

* Have experience in a similar role or are eager to step up to the next level in their culinary career.
* Are confident in leading a team to consistently deliver high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Are hardworking, determined, and reliable, always seeking better ways to enhance team performance.
* Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a fun-loving spirit to the kitchen, understanding the impact of their role on guest experiences.
* Ideally hold a Level 3 Food Safety qualification (not essential).
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent role, offering:
* A guaranteed 35 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including weekends and late finishes.
* A variety of shifts, from 7 AM starts to midnight.
* On-resort accommodation for those looking to relocate.
