They are on the lookout for an experienced BIM coordinator, who has great work ethic and collaborates well with a team. This role: As a BIM coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination, development, and implementation of MEP services using Revit and BIM workflows across major projects. You'll work closely with project teams to ensure high-quality delivery of 3D models and drawings, resolve clashes, and maintain project standards in line with their BIM protocols. Responsibilities: * Produce and coordinate detailed MEP models using Revit. * Ensure all models are compliant with project BIM standards. * Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve design clashes. * Attend coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders. * Assist with the development and improvement of internal BIM processes. * Work with project managers to ensure model-based workflows integrate with the construction programme.
