Analytics Engineer - Permanent
£60,000 - £80,000 + 10% Bonus
Hybrid - Woking - 1-2 Days a week
We're working with a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation delivering services at scale across the UK. They're currently investing heavily in their data capability and are looking for an Analytics Engineer to help build and shape a modern, in-house analytics platform.
The Role
You'll play a key role in developing robust data infrastructure and delivering actionable insights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business needs into scalable data solutions and help drive data-led decision making.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain data pipelines using Python across multiple data sources
Design and develop dimensional data models in a cloud data platform (e.g. Snowflake)
Partner with BI teams to deliver insights via reporting tools
Optimise performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of the data platform
Implement best practices in CI/CD, data governance, and quality
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
What We're Looking For
Strong SQL and production-level Python experience
Experience with cloud data platforms and data modelling tools (e.g. dbt)
Solid understanding of ELT pipelines and data engineering principles
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
