Key Responsibilities
* Managing calls from clients, residents and operatives
* Scheduling of in house surveyors and operatives' diaries
* Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative(s)
* Liaising with in house surveyors, operatives, subcontractors, tenants and clients to ensure smooth transition of each job
* Document Control – Ensuring quotes, worksheets and compliance information is received, checked and sent on to relevant parties
* Work towards individual and client KPI's
* Tracking and monitoring jobs through to completion and invoicing with accounts team
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a repairs Planner/Scheduler role within the construction industry. Social Housing preferable but not essential.
* Previous experience dealing with subcontractors and clients.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
* Knowledge of construction processes or terminology is an advantage.
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude and team-oriented mindset.
