Assistant Commercial Manager – Infrastructure / Utilities Location: Weston-super-Mare (Hybrid working available) Sector: Utilities / Infrastructure / ICP Projects Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + bonus & benefits The Role We’re looking for an Assistant Commercial Manager to support the commercial management of client contracts across our infrastructure and utilities portfolio. This role reports directly to the Commercial Director and forms part of a small, collaborative commercial function alongside a Quantity Surveyor and a Procurement Manager. You’ll support the day-to-day commercial and contractual activities of live projects, helping to maintain strong commercial control, risk management, and contract compliance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys the detail of contracts, change control, and commercial governance, and who wants to continue developing their commercial capability under senior leadership, without full commercial ownership or P&L responsibility.
