Key Duties
* Design impactful visuals for print, packaging, and POS materials.
* Work closely with internal teams to develop creative concepts and deliver marketing campaigns.
* Prepare and supply artwork to printers and suppliers ensuring precision, colour accuracy, and print quality.
* Contribute creative input to brand presentations, digital assets, and marketing collateral.
* Explore and integrate AI-driven design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney) to enhance creativity and workflow.
* Keep up to date with design trends, materials, and production techniques.
Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years professional design experience (agency or in‑house) essential
* Proven expertise in print, packaging, and POS design
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A collaborative, proactive approach with high attention to detail
* Interest in emerging technologies and AI‑assisted design tools
Desirable:
* Experience creating 3D product visuals or realistic mock‑ups
* Basic motion graphics or digital design knowledge
* Experience maintaining multi‑channel brand consistency
