We’re working with a specialist digital consultancy delivering secure, user-centred solutions across government and national security sectors. They’re looking for talented Full Stack Developers who can contribute to mission-critical systems - blending strong back-end development in Go with solid Front-End (FE) knowledge, particularly in React.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Go (Golang) and React
* Collaborate with designers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to build scalable, user-focused services
* Ensure high standards of software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices
* Participate in architecture discussions and technical design sessions
* Integrate APIs and backend systems into modern, accessible front-end interfaces
* Contribute to continuous delivery pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
* Maintain awareness of security and performance in all aspects of delivery
Key Requirements
* Active Enhanced DV clearance (preferred) – essential for access to secure projects (Can be regular DV or SC)
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer
* Strong knowledge of Go (Golang) for backend development
* Solid Front-End experience – ideally with React, TypeScript, and modern UI patterns
* Experience working within Agile / DevOps delivery environments
* Understanding of secure coding practices and working within classified or government settings
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in cross-functional teams
Desirable:
* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines
* Understanding of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
