Now, were happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full‑time, permanent position located in York. The salary is £27,000 PA.
Responsibilities
* Deal with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure properties are maintained.
* Spend days out and about visiting properties, making each day unique.
* Carry out regular internal and external inspections, liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors, and build strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
* Experience carrying out inventories.
* Self‑motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
* Good understanding of fair wear and tear and experience resolving tenant disputes and returning deposits.
* Excellent customer care skills.
