Our client is a highly reputable name in their field and ha ve been on a sustained trajectory of growth and innovation and are now looking for an Account Manager to join them on their journey. You will be repo r ting directly to the Sales Director and will be responsible for managing existing accounts to maximise outreach and potential across each client. This is explicitly an Account Management role that will not require new business development. You will be responding to internal enquiries while also maintaining excellent communication and service across your existing account base. Youll oversee regular account reviews, ensuring that you are providing the optimal service for each of your accounts. The role is based in Sheffield with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) with very minimal travel requirements. Key Responsibilities: Responding to inbound queries regarding the companys products and services, ensuring a high conversion rate. Proactively managing existing accounts to maximise and strengthen the companys offering. Manage and conduct regular account reviews with cross functional teams in the organisation. Be able to identify challenges and their solutions and required capabilities to successfully serve your clients. Develop existing accounts, proactively engaging with key stakeholders. Serve as the primary contact for each of your accounts, providing a consultative and informed service. Leverage your pre-existing knowledge of the energy sector to provide a solid understanding of your clients needs. Key Skills and Attributes: Pre-existing Account Management experience in the energy/utilities sector is essential. Act as an escalation point for your clients to assist in resolving any issues that may arise A proactive attitude to account management, ensuring you regularly communicate with key stakeholders to develop and build upon existing relationships. An ambitious and driven mindset, you will not rest on your laurels and will be passionate about maximising account growth. An approachable manner, able to collaborate with wider internal teams to ensure a smooth service for each client. Whats on offer: A salary of c. £35,000 - £45,000 DOE. Up to 50% bonus.
