About the Role This role is ideal for a SEND specialist who thrives on building positive relationships, values teamwork, and is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential. - Morning responsibilities: Deliver personalised lessons and targeted interventions to a small group of pupils with SEND (10 pupils in the class). - Afternoon responsibilities: Support wider learning across the class and contribute to planning, assessment, and enrichment activities. - Team collaboration: Work alongside experienced support staff and colleagues to ensure high-quality provision. - Curriculum support: Schemes of work and planning are in place and regularly updated to support differentiation and individual learning needs.
