GPW Recruitment's client, a leading organisation supplying protection equipment, are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Sales team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success and be a key player in the sales and customer service area of the business. The purpose of the role is: -Someone who will take responsibility for the international customer base and drive best practice approach to customer service excellence. General information: -Salary £28,000 per annum -Monday to Friday (flexible start time between 7:30am-8:30am) -30 min lunch break -1pm finish on a Friday -Onsite (1-day work from home possible after training period is completed) -25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays -Friday off for your birthday -Health Cash Plan -Life insurance (4 x annual salary) -Cycle to work Scheme -On-site parking -Long service awards Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative: -Processing all sales transactions on the company MRP system. -Ensuring prices and contracts are up to date in the system. -Supporting the commercial team to ensure customer communications are effective. -Effective management of customer queries, and expectations. -Communicating customer feedback to the rest of the business. -Recording and resolving customer complaints, in-line with company procedures. -Maintaining sales information including order and quotation processing via the company CRM system. -Implement best practice and change initiatives throughout the department. Requirements of a Customer Service Representative: -High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time, with attention to detail. -Strong IT skills and experience in Microsoft office, ERP and CRM systems -Experience in a customer service role ideally with an international customer base.
