Job Description
Salary: Marie Curie Pay Scale Band 2 (aligned with AFC) £23,362 - £25,368 pro rata per annum
Hours/Contract: Permanent Part-time contracts - 10 or 30 hours per week

The Administration team provides clerical and office support to managers and teams throughout the South & East of Scotland, ensuring all contacts (internal & external) receive the highest level of service. We currently have 3 positions available based between our Edinburgh Hospice and West Lothian office.

Candidate Requirements
* Knowledge of administrative procedures including minute taking
* Experience in administrative or customer service roles
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, arrange patient appointments, and take accurate minutes during meetings.
