Due to expansion, we are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator, based at our site in Crewe.
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of warranty claims. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to effectively communicate will contribute to the overall success of our warranty department. Responsibilities:
- Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain warranty records and files
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding warranty claims
- Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary information for warranty claims
- Assist in resolving warranty issues and disputes
- Perform data entry tasks to update warranty information in the system
- Generate reports and provide analysis on warranty claims
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
