What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver a dynamic training plan and provide fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
* Assess and give feedback on learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
* Develop the curriculum to keep programs fresh and industry‑relevant, ensuring learners gain real‑world skills.
* Support and mentor by being a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
* Keep records up to date, maintaining accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments.
* Work as a team, collaborating with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
* Stay ahead of the game by engaging in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
What You Need To Bring To The Table
* Recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
* Passion for helping people succeed
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
* Confidence with IT (for record‑keeping & lesson planning)
* Bonus points if you have worked as an Employability Tutor before (but not essential)
Salary & Hours
Our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 2:30 pm.
