Work Schedule
1) As per rota assigned by Bar Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
1) Serve the customers their orders, ensuring the drinks are poured and presented to the highest standard.
2) Changing barrels when required.
3) Cleaning lines for a new ale.
4) Engage with customers and maintain friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
5) Ensure the venue is maintained to highest standards.
6) Opening and closing of venue where applicable.
7) Identify and clean empty tables and collect glasses when required.
8) Ensure Bar Manager is informed of any negative or positive feedback from customers.
9) Ensure Bar Manager is informed of any maintenance issues around the venue.
10) Cash up the till when required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Experience:
* Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
