Were looking for an experiencedBid Managerto lead the delivery of high-quality bids, frameworks and tender submissions that support our continued growth.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, producing compelling and compliant submissions, and continuously improving our approach to winning work across the public sector.
The Role
As Bid Manager, youll take ownership of bids, frameworks, mini-competitions and supplier questionnaires from opportunity identification through to submission. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the business to coordinate inputs, shape winning responses and ensure every submission is compliant, persuasive and commercially sound.
Youll also play a critical role in developing and maintaining a robust bid content library, helping to improve efficiency, consistency and win rates.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Managing the full lifecycle of bids, frameworks, DPS applications, mini-competitions and SQs / PQQs
2. Leading bid kick-off meetings, setting timelines and coordinating contributors
3. Owning bid plans, compliance matrices and submission schedules
4. Writing, editing and reviewing high-quality, customer-focused bid responses
