Job Opportunity: Learning Support Assistant
We are currently working with an 'Outstanding' Ofsted-rated establishment with multiple sites. They pride themselves on meeting each child's individual needs by employing reliable staff and continuously expanding their resources.
This is a full-time role starting in July 2025, continuing into the new academic year.
Role Overview
The school is seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate individual to join their team of learning support assistants. Experience in a support or sports coaching role is highly preferred but not essential due to the nature of the children.
The role is for an immediate start, running until the end of the academic year. You will work five days a week, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Each day, you will be assigned to a classroom with 6-8 pupils, working on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Requirements
* UK-based child-related or support work experience within the last three years
* An optimistic and passionate approach to working with children and young adults with special needs
