About the Job Provided full administrative support to a high volume purchasing department. Processed and uploaded large volumes of purchase orders and documents to project folders. Managed paperwork for incoming and outgoing deliveries, including customs documentation. Collected, analysed, and summarised procurement data and trends for reporting purposes. Completed and maintained new supplier vendor forms and records. Maintained procurement systems and ensured compliance with agreed procedures. Followed up outstanding order confirmations, monitored returns, and tracked overdue orders. Worked independently and as part of a team to maintain accurate systems and high departmental standards. Skills and Experience Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proven ability to take ownership of responsibilities and adapt quickly within a team environment. Demonstrated willingness to learn, develop skills, and progress within the organisation. Achieved a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Mathematics and English. Over three years experience in a similar administrative role within a fast paced environment.
