Insig AI Plc builds AI-driven software that helps companies turn complex documents into structured, decision-ready insights. Our solutions are used by asset managers, hedge funds, consultants, and regulators.
We are now hiring our first dedicated marketing person to build the engine that drives awareness, inbound traffic, and qualified leads. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the action, rolling up their sleeves, and making things happen quickly.
The Role
As our first marketing hire, you’ll take ownership of marketing activity across the business with one clear goal: generate qualified leads. This means running campaigns, managing content, driving LinkedIn engagement, creating email sequences, and making sure every effort contributes to the sales pipeline.
You’ll work closely with the sales team and external agencies, ensuring that campaigns are measurable, targeted, and effective.
What You’ll Do
•Run practical multi-channel campaigns (social, email, website, content, events) to generate leads.
•Manage HubSpot workflows, lead routing, and campaign dashboards.
•Produce or manage production of content: case studies, newsletters, social posts, website updates.
•Grow Insig’s social presence (mainly LinkedIn).
•Direct and manage external agencies on paid ads, ensuring spend ties back to results.
•Track what works, report results, and adjust quickly.
What We’re Looking For
•5–10 years’ experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, fintech, or data/analytics a plus).
•Proven track record running demand generation campaigns that delivered measurable results.
•Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar).
•Strong writing and communication skills.
•Comfortable managing agencies and freelancers.
•Commercial mindset — focused on pipeline impact, not vanity metrics.
