Job Description
1. Provide strategic legal advice on employment-related matters across the Americas region.
2. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
3. Draft review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
4. Support HR teams with compliance and regulatory matters.
5. Manage employment disputes, investigations, and litigation.
6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure adherence to employment laws and best practices.
7. Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and workplace policies.
8. Conduct training sessions for management and HR teams on employment law updates.
9. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and industry regulations.
