£27,000 - £31,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)

The Role
Account Manager required for a dynamic and progressive organisation who provide first class service to their client base. This is a vital role which involves developing strong relationships as well as identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
Managing inbound customer queries, providing exceptional customer service.
Account managing a wide portfolio of clients via email, phone and video call.
Consulting with clients, making them aware of the products available to them.
Developing company product knowledge to discuss with client base.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and company departments.
Using help desk software as well as CRM software (Sales force).
Present demonstrations of products on MS Teams.
Account Manager requirements:
Background in Account Management, business development or customer service.
Effective relationship builder.
Customer focused as well as a fantastic communicator.
A warm, positive, confident professional, adaptable to change and evolving requirements.
Commercially minded
Competent user of Microsoft suites including Excel and PowerPoint as well as have the ability to use CRM software.
