We are seeking a dynamic, client-focused, and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing and growing relationships with existing customers, driving revenue and gross profit through exceptional account management, and strengthening our market presence within the Channel Services Division.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities to expand existing account base
* Conduct regular networking and outreach with existing clients and partners, using industry events and online platforms to strengthen relationships and identify account growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across your accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their business priorities.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to help clients make informed decisions and position our solutions effectively.
* Maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and reporting, delivering actionable insights on account performance, risks, and growth opportunities to the leadership team.
Skills and Experience:
* Identify new opportunities within an existing client base
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Experience selling maintenance/ services via the channel or MSP’s.
* Experience with endpoint technology.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
