The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment within Banking, Financial Services, IT, or Accountancy domains, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality candidates for various roles. Key Responsibilities:
* Sectors: Banking, Corporate, Private, Investment, Wholesale, Challenger Banks, Wealth/Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Fin Techs, or other financial services, IT, or Accountancy fields.
* Candidate Sourcing: Use various sourcing methods to attract top talent for permanent, interim, temporary, and contract positions.
* Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to ensure candidates meet qualifications and fit client cultures.
* Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients on recruitment strategies.
* Contract Management: Oversee the recruitment process, negotiate contract terms, and manage onboarding.
* Database Maintenance: Keep accurate records within our recruitment database for efficient candidate tracking and reporting.
* Compliance: Ensure candidate records and GDPR consents are maintained properly.
* Candidate Screening: Verify candidates' eligibility regarding 'Right to Work' in the UK.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in recruitment within banking, financial services, IT, or Accountancy sectors.
* Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in recruitment software and databases.
* Knowledge: Deep industry knowledge.
