A newly created opportunity has opened up for an Operations Manager to join a growing business in the specialist construction sector. This is a chance to step into a role where you’ll have real influence, helping to shape how the company operates and grows.
The business work on both residential and commercial projects – from one-off architectural features to complex structural solutions. With demand increasing, they’re now looking for someone who can bring structure, leadership, and a fresh perspective to their operations.
What you’ll be doing:
* Overseeing day-to-day operations across design, workshop, logistics, and site installation.
* Taking ownership of projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Ensuring health & safety standards are always met.
* Looking for ways to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
* Leading and motivating the team to perform at their best.
