We are currently looking for a qualified Electrician to join our successful Response Maintenance Business covering the Middlesbrough area. You will specialise in day‑to‑day repairs and maintenance for our reputable social housing clients.

Responsibilities
* Undertake electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with occasional electrical testing requirements on mutual exchanges.
* Voids – repairs, rewire, testing and general upgrade works of void properties before they are re‑let.
* Demonstrate excellent customer‑service skills when working in a customer‑facing environment in occupied properties.
Qualifications
* NVQ 3 level qualification as an Electrician, with an 18th Edition certificate and AM2, which is essential.
* City & Guild 2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing (preferred).
* Full current UK driving licence (essential) – a company van will be provided.
