Job Description


The Enforcement Case Lawyer will be:

* Advising on enforcement activities, regulatory investigations and legal strategy
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents, decisions and settlements
* Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent and robust governance
* Monitoring and interpreting regulatory, statutory and policy developments to inform action
* Contributing to process improvement, training and the legal function's development


The Successful Applicant

* A solicitor or equivalent with proven commercial litigation, criminal, insolvency or regulatory experience
* Experienced in advising on investigations, complex decision-making and regulatory frameworks
* Able to engage with senior stakeholders and translate legal risks into clear operational guidanceComfortable working in a fast-moving environment with strong governance standards
* A strong communicator, collaborative in style, and committed to integrity and public interest outcomes
* Desire to learn and get involved in learning a new way of working
