Receptionist We are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Nottingham on a part time basis. Were looking for someone with previous experience as a receptionist, or someone with a strong administration background. Dains is ranked 31st in the National Accountancy Age ranking by firm size and was the fastest-growing firm within the surveyed top 100 accountancy firms in the UK. The team is now over 650 people strong with offices throughout the UK and Ireland. Our core services are Accountancy & Business Services, Audit, Corporate Finance, Forensic Accounting, and Taxation alongside outsourced FD and HR support. Hours of work: (25hrs) Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm Your Key Responsibilities as a Receptionist: Forwarding accurate phone messages to team members and monitoring and responding to emails Welcoming visitors (both internal and external) to the office in a friendly and professional manner Arrange refreshments for meetings Filing and office administration photocopying, scanning, sorting mail Arranging the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities Monitoring and orderingstationery and office supplies Ensuring that HSKSG offices present a professional image at all times. Skills and Experience Were Looking For: To have a good understanding of Outlook and any other packages which are relevant to the role. To have a good understanding of Microsoft Word and a good understanding and familiarity with other Microsoft software, including Excel and PowerPoint. Accuracy whether communication is written or verbal. You may from time to time be required to attend courses to aid you in the capacity to fulfil your role. Working in a Front of House / Receptionist or strong Administration background. Personal Attributes To be professional and approachable with clients and staff.
