As part of the HR team, the work you do every day will directly help frontline staff deliver life-changing support.What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing day-to-day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
* Managing the HR inbox and handling queries with professionalism and empathy
* Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks
* Working closely with managers and staff to ensure smooth HR processes
What We’re Looking For
* Previous HR Administration experience, or strong admin skills with some HR exposure
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A confident communicator with a professional and supportive approach
* Someone who thrives in a caring, values-driven environment
* Ability to start quickly
