Enterprise Architect (Back-office)
We’re working with a healthcare organisation to bring in an Enterprise Architect to help shape the future of their core back-office technology, covering HR, Finance, and ERP platforms.
This is a key role focused on modernising legacy systems and building scalable, well-integrated architectures that support more efficient, data-driven ways of working. You’ll define the target architecture, contribute to business cases, and make sure technology decisions are both commercially sound and aligned to long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and evolve enterprise architecture across HR, Finance, and ERP domains
* Design scalable, integrated solutions that modernise legacy platforms
* Align technology decisions with business strategy and commercial objectives
* Support business case development and investment planning
* Provide architectural leadership across agile teams and transformation programmes
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology
* Collaborate with third-party vendors and ensure solution quality and alignment
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong background across HRIS, finance systems, and ERP platforms
* Experience designing integration strategies across complex environments
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on architectural input
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Commercial awareness with experience supporting business cases
* Familiarity with modern delivery approaches (Agile, product-led environments)
This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week in the client's offices.
