Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, including floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.
* Wash, dry, and store pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery promptly and efficiently.
* Operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly.
* Assist with basic food preparation (such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients) under supervision.
* Empty bins, manage waste, and follow recycling procedures.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out according to hygiene and safety standards.
* Restock and organize kitchen supplies as needed.
* Support chefs and front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
* Adhere to health and safety, fire safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
* Basic DBS
* Proof of Address
* Proof of National Insurance
* Right to Work
* 36 month employment history
* Food and Hygiene/Safety Level 2 certificate.
