You must have significant, recent and successful experience of supporting vulnerable children and young people as well as experience of leading individual and group work sessions. You will also support children and young people who have been permanently excluded or absent from school due to medical needs, spent time in a PRU or Alternative Provision and are ready to return to mainstream education. You will be required to have an enhanced DBS for this role. You will be required to travel and must hold a full driving licence and have use of your own vehicle.
