You will work alongside the existing Enhanced Team Leader supporting the Operations Manager to deliver an effective Family Network Service. Ideally you would be someone who has an extensive experience as an FGC Coordinator, direct supervision of others, someone who can support effective family meetings to enable families to draw their own family plans, someone who can support the continuation of effective PAP’s and Mediation work. We would like someone with vision for progression who can drive our existing service forward and assist us to implement our commitment to Early Intervention whilst offering support to implement restorative practice. Key Requirements To manage and oversee with the existing Enhanced Team Leader to ensure timeliness of FNM’s, Mediation, PAP’s and LLL ensuring the processes are followed through effectively. Managing the allocations of Family Network Coordinators for FNM, Mediations, PAP’s and Lifelong Links ensuring that process and procedures are followed and implemented. Maintaining links with Operation teams to offer advice and guidance, also to ensure that they remain compliant with our statutory requirements. Working alongside managers to ensure effective Team meetings are held and maintained to a high standard to ensure FN Coordinators are continually enhancing their knowledge and expertise. Supporting the progression to peer reviewing and undertaking audits ensuring effective communication to improve practice. Support good practice and learning by contributing to the continued embedding and understanding of FN service to develop knowledge of our service to referring Social Work and FSW practitioners.
