Hours: 5 nights a week across 7 days, start times from 11pm-1am Pay Rates: * (PAYE): £14.43 p/h from 10pm onwards, £13.12 p/h from 6am onwards * (ROLLEDUP) £16.16 (with holiday pay). Location: Barnsley, S74. Job Type: Ongoing. The role: ·Trunking, long distance driving between depots. ·Reversing in the yard and manoeuvring vehicles with precision. ·Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, ensuring roadworthiness and compliance with company standards. ·Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of safety on the road. ·Effectively communicate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
