We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Nurse / Treatment Coordinator to join a leading Specialist Orthodontic practice. About the Role As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey while delivering outstanding customer service at every stage. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting new patient consultations Preparing and discussing patient reports Checking in with patients throughout their treatment journey Corresponding with dentists and referring practitioners Taking patient records including clinical photographs, digital scans (iTero), and X-rays (if qualified) Managing and contacting new patient enquiries Supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Full training will be provided to ensure you understand the practice vision and values, all focused on maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
