Customer Relationship Management Executive
I’m working with a fast-growing challenger bank that’s on a mission to reinvent savings for the UK market; they’ve just launched a brand-new app-based savings product and are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join their Marketing, Brand & Performance team. You’ll be the second person in this newly created team, reporting directly to the CRM Manager; great opportunity for someone looking for ownership, visibility and seeing the impact of their work!
The Role
* Build & optimise customer journeys and campaigns (using Adobe Journey Optimiser)
* Help drive the launch of their new app, building workflows that engage, onboard, and retain customers
* Own campaign execution and reporting; spot opportunities to improve performance
* Support cross-sell and upsell campaigns across multiple brands
Your Skills & Experience
* CRM experience – Adobe preferred, but not essential
* Data-led mindset with some segmentation and reporting experience
* Collaborative, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves
* Financial services experience nice-to-have, not essential
