Achieving agreed vehicle sales targets. Contribute to the achievement of customer retention. Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all vehicles/services provided by our client. Provide reports on all sales activities, including follow-up, prospecting, new clients, etc. Ensure the completion of all sales and finance paperwork accurately and promptly. Ensure that all outstanding amounts are paid within the timescales required. Use an approved FCA approach in the presentation and sale of financial and insurance products.
