Job Overview
OpsTree Solutions is looking to hire a Legal & Contracting Associate with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Eligibility Criteria
* A law degree (LLB) is mandatory
* In-depth understanding of the Indian Contract Act
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and review legal documents such as MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs
* Oversee contract lifecycle management and renewals
* Conduct negotiations with clients/vendors and maintain stakeholder communications
* Organise and maintain contract and SOW repositories
* Prepare contract summaries through abstraction
* Use MS Word and Excel extensively for legal tasks
