About the Role
As a Nursery Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, child-centred learning in line with the EYFS framework. You'll create a warm, stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to explore. You will work alongside a supportive team who share a commitment to exceptional early years education.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities within the EYFS framework
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
* Track and assess children's progress, identifying areas of development
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external partners
* Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and behaviour expectations are met at all times
* Work collaboratively with other Early Years practitioners and leadership
Requirements
* QTS, EYTS, or equivalent early years qualification
* Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* A caring, energetic, and child-focused approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
