Primary Cover supervisor

We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic Cover supervisors to join primary schools in the Southampton area, supporting teachers and inspiring pupils to reach their potential.
We’re looking for:
A recent graduate in any subject (education-related degrees are a plus) not essential but preferred
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
Communication and teamwork skills are imperative
A willingness to learn and grow in a classroom environment
A positive, proactive, and reliable approach to work

What you’ll be doing
Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils who need extra support
Helping to prepare learning materials and organise classroom activities
Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and good behaviour
Observing experienced teachers and learning best classroom practice
