The Assessment Team plays a crucial role in responding to referrals, undertaking assessments, and ensuring timely and effective interventions. Your new role As a Team Manager, you will lead a busy and fast-paced Assessment Team, providing strong leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality practice and decision-making. You will be responsible for managing performance, supporting staff development, and ensuring that statutory responsibilities are met.
