The Role As a Real Estate Partner, you will take a leading role in servicing and developing the firm's established commercial property client base. Working closely with an experienced partner (previously with a Top 100 national firm), you will support a varied caseload as well as capitalise on cross-referrals from the wider corporate, litigation, and employment teams. The caseload will include: Commercial lease renewals and extensions Landlord and tenant matters Corporate support and real estate elements of transactional work General commercial property portfolio management There is a platform and infrastructure are in place for you to grow your practice further, with full marketing and business development support available.
