We're working with a market-leading manufacturer on the hunt for a Quality & Compliance Manager to take the reins and drive real change. What You'll Be Leading
* Quality Excellence: Own and embed ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & BRCGS standards across the site
* Audit Leadership: Command the room during internal/external audits - your prep, your process, your win
* HSE Ownership: Lead risk assessments, RIDDOR reporting, and bring proactive safety to life
* KPI Obsessed: Use data (DPMO, SRI, WTL) to spotlight issues and lead powerful improvements
* CI Driver: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and your own creative spark to challenge the status quo
* Team Empowerment: Lead a tight-knit squad (QA, PQC, H&S) and elevate performance across departments
What You Bring to the Table
Essential:
* Strong knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, BRCGS.
* Demonstrated experience leading audits in a BRC manufacturing environment.
* Experience leading and developing teams (including H&S and QA).
* Solid experience in a senior operational management position.
Desirable:
* Six Sigma (Green Belt or above)
* Plastics or packaging manufacturing background
* Experience delivering environmental initiatives and waste reduction strategies
* HACCP working knowledge
* NEBOSH qualified
